• the limits for outside integral have to be numbers,
• the limits for the inside integral numbers or functions of variable which is used for outside integration,
• he lower limit must be smaller or equal to the upper limit for integration for both integrals.
One of these conditions has been violated or Maxima failed to verify these conditions (in most cases due to a typing error or bad mathematical formula on input).

Invalid limits for integration. The lower limit for the inside integral has to be smaller than the upper limit.
